Sleep early, wake early.

Has anyone here ever wanted to do things more efficiantly, and be more awake and aware in the morning? Well, I know I have. I always was a lazy person, until I started to change my schedule, and wake up early. And this easily changed my life.
More preperation.
“Wake up early and tackle the day before it tackles you. Be on offense, not defense.”

Waking up early lets you be more prepared and more alert in the morning, and by the time most people have just gotten up and had their morning coffee, you'd already be fully awake and dressed properly, and you would've finished breakfast already. Rushing down a breakfast never helps anymore.
Work on a full and satisfied stomach
Who hates having an empty stomach in the morning? Definetely me. I'm sure almost everyone has had the experience of waking up late, and missing breakfast to run to work or school. Or maybe you only managed to grab a piece of bread. That's not healthy for the human body. Studies say 'Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.' and it's because you start your day off with breakfast. Every time I miss breakfast, I spend the rest of the day feeling grumpy. So why not wake up a few hours earlier and eat a nice breakfast?

More Free time
“Never, ever underestimate the importance of having fun.”
Waking up early in the morning always gives you more time, and if you're a person who sleeps until 9am in the morning, waking up early could easily help you. Everyone loves having fun, no matter if its scrolling through your instagram feed, making food you love, reading a novel you're in love with or going on a date. And if you wake up at 6am, a few hours earlier than your usual wake up time, it could give you an hour of free time to have fun in the day without feeling guilty.

Procrasination is a huge problem for everyone, so why not do all the things you do while procrasinating first thing in the morning and then focus more during the rest of the day?
Exercise

Now I don't know about everyone else, but I love going for a jog in the morning when I'm free on the seaside, breathing in the fresh sea breeze always makes me happier and gives me a better day. Waking up a few hours earlier can earn you this chance, so do some exercise in the morning to wake up your body and keep fit while having fun, take a shower after your jog. You'll feel absolutely fresh and be even more ready to tackle another day!
